Kindergarten registration

Entering kindergarten students must be 5 years old by midnight, August 31.  Proof of age is required in the form of a state certified birth certificate.  Proof of immunization status is required by state law.  Proof of residence is also required in the form of a utility bill or a rental/lease agreement.
