Reducing class size requires additional classroom space which our elementary schools currently do not have. The board voted unanimously to repurpose Millwood Early Childhood Education Center to house the district kindergarten students.
The next step in the process will be to locate adequate space to move ECEAP and the Special Education Programs. The goal is to complete this process to implement the change in September 2016.
Research and planning has begun to find the best way to make the transition.
