Starting December 9, we’re asking families and students in grades 3–12 to participate in a brief survey to share their experiences with West Valley schools. Families will receive a link via ParentSquare to complete the survey online at home, while time will be provided during the school day for students to complete the survey.
We’ve once again partnered with Panorama to administer these surveys, ensuring that all responses remain confidential. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and includes questions about belonging, school climate, relationships and safety. You can preview a sample of the student survey by clicking this link.
Important Information:
- The survey opens on December 9 and closes on December 20. Families will receive a survey link via ParentSquare with a code specific to your child’s school. If you have children in multiple schools, please complete a separate survey for each school.
- If you prefer that your child not take the survey, please complete the opt-out form (located at the top if viewing on a mobile device) by Friday, December 6. Families or individual students may also informally opt out at any time by contacting their school or classroom teacher directly.
