EDUCATION DAY

January 13 2017, a Registered Dental Hygienist will provide oral health education, every child will receive a FREE toothbrush. We hope to inspire your child to want to brush and understand the importance of having healthy teeth. If you have Provider One it will be billed, no one is personally billed for oral health education day. The education does not overlap service at a dental office.

CLINIC DAY
Your child will come home with a blue consent form to be signed in order to participate in the dental prevention clinic on February 1 2017. No Child is Turned Away if they are Unable to Pay!
